What Does an MTP Cost in Hyderabad?
Gestational age is nearly the whole calculation. Early pregnancies can be ended with medication alone; later ones need a surgical procedure, and the further along it is, the more that procedure involves. This is the strongest practical reason to seek advice early rather than wait.

How far along the pregnancy is
The single largest factor. Medication alone works in the earliest weeks; beyond that a procedure is needed, and its complexity rises with gestation.

Medical or surgical
A medical termination is tablets and a follow-up scan. A surgical one involves sedation, a procedure and a period of observation, and is priced accordingly.

Scans and assessment
An ultrasound to confirm gestation and location, blood tests, and Rh status. These are not optional: they are what makes the procedure safe.

Room category
A shared ward, a twin-sharing room or a private suite: the largest single swing in most estimates, and the one thing on this list you choose rather than are assigned.

Surgeon and theatre time
A longer operation spends more theatre time and more of the anaesthetist’s, and a consultant with more years behind the procedure is charged at a higher rate.

Anaesthesia
Local, spinal or general. Which one your case needs is a clinical decision, not a preference, and it moves both the drug cost and how long you are monitored afterwards.

Insurance and TPA cover
